Confirmation and Reminders - Confirmation: Once your appointment is booked, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your scheduled service. Please review this information carefully to ensure accuracy. - Reminders: We will send you a reminder email 48 hours before your appointment. This is to confirm that the scheduled time still works for you and to provide any additional instructions. 3. Rescheduling and Cancellations - Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your original appointment time. This allows us to adjust our schedule and offer your slot to another client. - Cancellations: To cancel your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. 4. Service Requirements - Access: Ensure that our team has clear and unobstructed access to the areas where services will be performed. If there are any specific instructions or access requirements, please provide these details when booking. - Safety: For safety reasons, our technicians may need to take certain precautions or require specific conditions to perform the service. Our team will inform you of any requirements beforehand. 5. No-Show Policy - No-Show Fee: If you are not present at the scheduled time and have not informed us of your absence, a no-show fee may apply. We encourage you to notify us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend. 6. Changes to Policy - Updates: Big Sky Environmental reserves the right to modify this policy as needed.
